Terms & Conditions

The details that sit quietly behind every booking — so you can arrive knowing exactly where you stand, and simply settle in.

01 Cancellation by Wild & Bloom Retreats

Wild & Bloom Retreats reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason, including in connection with a Force Majeure Event (see clause 4). We will notify guests as soon as reasonably possible.
 

In the event that Wild & Bloom Retreats cancels the event, we may offer guests a full refund, or the option to reschedule to a future date, at our discretion.

02 Cancellation by Guests

If you need to cancel your place, you will be subject to the following cancellation fees, calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation notice:
 

  • 60 days or more before the event: full refund minus the deposit

  • Less than 60 days before the event: no refund
     

We understand that circumstances change, and we're always happy to talk through your options if you find yourself needing to cancel.

03 Transfers

Bookings are non-transferable to another person without prior agreement from us. If you're unable to attend, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, we're happy to see what we can do to help, on a case by case basis.

04 Force Majeure

Wild & Bloom Retreats shall not be liable for any delay or cancellation of the event so long as, and to the extent that, such delay or cancellation results from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, flood, earthquake, or other natural disaster, pandemic, and any local or government restrictions.

05 Date, Arrival & Timings

The date and start time of the event will be confirmed at the time of booking and in your pre-arrival information. Guests should arrive at the stated arrival time to allow time to settle in before the retreat begins.

06 Guest Behaviour & Disruption Policy

Wild & Bloom Retreats is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all guests and facilitators. By attending the event, guests agree to behave in a manner that is considerate of others and does not disrupt the retreat experience.

We reserve the right to remove any guest from the event, without refund, where their behaviour:

​

  • Is threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory towards other guests, facilitators, or staff

  • Poses a risk to the health, safety, or wellbeing of themselves or others

  • Involves the use or possession of illegal substances

  • Involves attendance while under the influence of alcohol or drugs to a degree that impairs safe participation

  • Persistently disrupts workshops, sessions, or the wider retreat experience for other guests, despite being asked to stop

  • ​

Where possible, we will give the guest a verbal warning and an opportunity to adjust their behaviour before any removal takes place. Any costs incurred as a result of removal, including alternative travel or accommodation, are the responsibility of the guest.

07 Items Not Permitted on the Retreat

For the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all guests, the following items are not permitted at the retreat:

  • Illegal drugs or substances

  • Weapons of any kind, including knives (other than standard cutlery or tools provided or approved as part of a workshop)

  • Amplified music or speakers, unless agreed in advance with Wild & Bloom Retreats

  • Pets or animals, unless agreed with us beforehand as a registered support dog

  • Drones or other recording equipment intended for commercial use, unless agreed in advance

  • ​

Guests found in possession of a prohibited item may be asked to leave the retreat without refund, at our discretion.

08 Photography & Social Sharing

We may take photographs or video during the retreat for use in our marketing and on social media. If you would prefer not to be included, please let us know before the event begins. Guests are welcome to take their own photographs and share their experience on social media, with consideration for the privacy of other guests.
